I am a director of charity OpenEdge and work freelance developing compassionate and boundaried ways of being, relating and organising.  Many wide and wild experiences and experiments in community and relating led me to discover Nonviolent Communication and Restorative and Trasformative Justice and I have the privilege of sharing them in many and varied settings in the UK and internationally,  The needs based approach I work with offers a simple and transformative pathway out of the punitive domination system in which we have inherited, filled with blame and shame and into ways of relating and being part of this beautiful complex adaptive living system of life.
