This is for anyone who would like to grow their skill and capacity for navigating conflict in their own lives and supporting others through tension, challenge and stress personally or professionally.
In these times of polarising narratives the tools and consciousness we will share feel especially poignant. So much energy goes into competing for rightness, justifying and defending, games of winning and losing, avoiding conflict and upset, or getting caught in dynamics you don’t want to be in.
Rather than conflict being the problem, it can offer a pathway to deeper connection and relationship, recovering your power and agency, revealing things that need attention and making change in an inclusive way
I have worked with organisations, groups, communities, families and individuals supporting people through conflict for 12 years. Supporting people to find ways of addressing challenge individually and systemically, that get out of blame and shame, whilst encouraging accountability and addressing what really matters. I am a certified Nonviolent communication trainer and Restorative and Transformative Justice practitioner, and what we do will be embedded in the needs-based consciousness they offer.
Beyond a Story of Separation

This is for people who want to: Grow personally and professionally; transform limiting beliefs and difficult dynamics; make change in their family, community or workplace and co-create compassionate collaborative culture.
