This event is an exciting opportunity to experience Sarah Peyton's work in the UK, Sarah is author of empathybrain.com and Your Resonant Self and works with Nonviolent Communication, Constellations and neuroscience developing relational language tools that support our brains to thrive.

Whether you want to grow self compassion and support personal growth or your work in a therapeutic field, coaching, conflict, leadership, or in fact any field this could benefit you!

Through Nonviolent Communication and understanding the impact of our life experience and relationships on the brain, Sarah illustrates what happens when we communicate and opens pathways to being in resonant relationship.

Working experientially, with creativity and compassion, we will unravel the extraordinary interdependence of our brains, and the enormous potential for transformation in our relationships with ourselves, each other and the planet.
Participants will come away with:

- An understanding of the way that language changes the brain and the way we see the world
- Skills to move conflict into relational language, to help discover when the conflict is not about the other person
- A deep experience of resonance and how to invite it with others
- Knowledge about In-group out-group experience and how we relate to difference
- Greater self-understanding and self-compassion
- The capacity to identify the shift into the left hemisphere and what to do with that knowledge

About Sarah

Sarah Peyton is an international facilitator based in U.S. and author of the book "Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain's Capacity for Healing.” She has a passion for weaving together neuroscience knowledge and experiences of healing that unify people with their brains and bodies.

Sarah makes Interpersonal Neurobiology research available for our embodied brains to use in living at peace with ourselves. Funny, touching, and filled with personal stories and up-to-date research on our nervous systems and how they interact with each other, her presentations change lives and invite self-acceptance and self-compassion. Sarah offers healing experiences of hearing ourselves and others deeply (using the precision and resonant language that come alive in the long-term study of Nonviolent communication) and 3D body-centred explorations of families over generations (through family constellation work.)
Sarah is a CNVC Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication; an experienced facilitator of Family Constellation work; speaks and writes internationally on the confluence of NVC, Constellation work, and the world of neuroscience research; guest lectures at the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) Intensive at Bernried, Germany ('14, '15, '16); has been a regular contributor to the Global Association of Interpersonal Neurobiology Studies (GAINS) journal and currently contributes to The Knowing Field journal. In 2015 she published a chapter on Constellations and Health in the German book, Salutogenesis, edited by Stephan Hausner.
