FacilitationSupporting people to move through conflict and tension, shift polarising dynamics and to integrate feedback into meaningful change. This could look like addressing us and them dynamics in teams, interpersonal or systemic tensions, managing change or moving on from difficulty.
CoachingI work with individuals and leaders 1-2-1 to support personal and professional development. This could be to overcome life limiting patterns, engage with power and privilege dynamics, manage difficult situations and/or develop more power, choice, accountability, freedom and empathy.
